My Town Friday Shoot Out: Power

This is part of My Town Friday Shoot Out. The theme of "Where do you get your power?" was chosen this week by J9. This theme was hard for me as I was unmotivated, but this morning, my lil' one and I used my legs as a source of power and went for a bike ride to take a few photos so I wouldn't be completely out of it this week.

Ready to Ride - Manual Power

My Local Source of Power

Someone Else's Tribute to a Former Source of Power

My Constant Source of Power

My Son's Favorite Powerful Machines, building the new wing on the high school down the block

Next week's theme is relaxation, chosen by Lena. Stay tuned!!

Love your shots, especially the one of your son on your bike - reminds me to get out and ride!

I like the farmhouse one!

I think I tend toward the sadness of the Detroit area because I drive through Detroit twice a week.

We definitely need to meet up at Starbucks! I live quite close to the base and Moreley's Candy Factory.

you made me think of things I would have chosen too. If it's big and yellow, my grandsons are ecstatic.

I always say when we need a little motivation we should be able to call rent-a-kid, lol, mine are grown, and I miss running around after them! Love your post, thanks for sharing...

Great photos, all but the winners in my book are that cute kiddo of yours and the windmill. I am partial to windmills.
