Thanks, everyone, for indulging me and allowing me to choose this theme. And Thank You for being patient with my post. It's so hard for me to get to during the week.
For me, childhood was strictly about playing. I work hard so my children will remember fun, good moments.
I'd like to share with you a few of our favorite moments in local "hot spots" for my kids.
Here, my oldest is on the local t-ball team. I think every child who's 4 or 5 years old plays in the summer in our community. His younger brother looks on, anxious for when he's old enough to play.
This was taken in Detroit at "The Ren Center" where there is a really cool water feature.
Swimming in the pool
And swimming in the ocean (North Carolina - family vacation).
And here are some "every day play"
And quality time with "brother".

Your boys are so sweet. LOVE the baseball photos. So childlike, and so American. :)
sweet little boys. Classic photos! I had two and loved their childhood (and am enjoying their adulthood ;)
What handsome little critter's they are, aren't they?! You've shared some of your wonderful moments...captured in time for times to come :)
Yes, you've captured true classicx of childhood!
Adorable!
Ohhhh so sweet they are.
Oh hon wonderful shots..delightful!! Sarah
These are such beautiful, warm photos of your babes. Treasure the times when their young. Thanks for sharing these and for suggesting we do childhood classics, Ellisa!
Great shots! My favorites are the Ren Center water feature and the ocean shot.
Your boys are adorable. I love the shot of the boy on the swing from the back. Very cute.
What is it about kids and water? It can be cold and windy, and kids will go swimming. The water can be freezing, and kids will go swimming.
I did it as a kid! Now, forget it!
LOL!
I LOVED this theme! Great pick!
Thanks for the theme this week, and I love the ocean shot!
awwwwwww......... very cute and adorable shots Ellisa!!
Those are some fabulous photos that--I think--show your boys' spirit very well. Obviously, I don't know them, but they look like a whole lot of fun!
Thanks for the theme!
Sorry if it's too late for me to post a comment here. My internet connection was so slow and from to time the connection cut off. Anyways, thanks for the photo shoot assignment. At first I have no idea about it and you were away. But our group team is always there. I really love our group. I enjoy your own representation of classic childhood of your children. And I admired you for being a great mother who always there for them, for their own happiness and you give them freedom of being kids.
Thanks again for the photo assignment.
great pics - especially the one on the swing ;)
